Changeover days are currently Friday and Monday. Short breaks are 3 nights (Friday to Monday), but we may be able to offer a little flexibility during off-peak periods.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept the majority of pets including parrots/cats/gerbils/snakes/rabbits etc, but we do accept certified assistance dogs and can accept dogs by arrangement, subject to an additional fee.
All direct bookings are subject to a refundable security/cleaning deposit and to acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Booking & Rental
