Brimbles is perfect for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday and the size of the property means that it is perfect for larger families or groups. The cottage sleeps 10, plus up to 2 babies in cots.
This Grade II listed former dairy and shippen is located at the entrance to the farm. We’ve maintained original features wherever possible in this unique courtyard conversion and have used reclaimed timber throughout the building.
Downstairs there is an extremely spacious and well-equipped kitchen/diner featuring glass doors and panels along one wall. Upstairs, the huge sitting room features a wood burner, open beamed ceiling and glass roof panels. There is also a separate small playroom/sitting room downstairs, with a door to the small back garden. The two double bedrooms each benefit from ensuite shower rooms and unique architectural features. There is a bunk bedroom and twin bedroom upstairs, with a second twin bedroom downstairs and a family bathroom on each floor. There is also a useful utility room.
There is a small heated indoor swimming pool which is accessed directly from the kitchen of Brimbles, shared with us and guests at our second cottage, The Barton Granary. The pool is available daily from
10 am to 7 pm

Bedroom 5 with bunk beds. Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and wash basin.
Outside: Courtyard with bench and private parking for up to 4 cars. Access to utility room with American style washing machine and tumble drier. Small fenced garden and fenced woodland area at the rear of the property with small patio, picnic table and Weber charcoal barbecue (May to to October) accessed from the downstairs sitting room/playroom. Secure storage available on the farm for bikes/surfboards, etc.
